New meditation class for 2012!
Michele will teach Saturdays 8-8:45am prior to 9am Vinyasa class. It is free with donations appreciated.
This class is an excellent way to start a meditation practice as well as inspire your personal sitting practice. A regular meditation class allows the space to cultivate and change deeply rooted habits of mind, body and spirit. Ultimately, the class can provide a space for you to explore your relationship to every moment.
