Simple Meditation for the month of May: “Inner Smile”
Find a comfortable seat and begin to follow your breathe. Notice the breathe coming in and the breathe coming out. Gently upturn the ends of your lips and cultivate an inner smile. Notice how this feels and from this place of ease focus inward.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful meditation. I particularly like this meditation because it can be done anywhere. This meditation can be done while sitting on the floor, sitting in one of the great meditation chairs, or even in a crowded area when you need a little peace. Thanks again!
