New Weekly Meditation Class at The Yoga Space!

Anna Lag is offering a weekly class at The Yoga Space on Wednesday evenings from 5-5:30pm.

The class will teach a new meditation technique each week ranging from visualization to pranayama to simple mantras, in order to provide you with knowledge of the various tools available to meditators.  We will also address different ways to find a comfortable seat in the studio and at home. A typical class will consist of simple asana to prep the body to sit, explanation of the technique, and 18 minutes of meditating.

This class is an excellent way to start a meditation practice as well as inspire your personal sitting practice.  A regular meditation class allows the space to cultivate and change deeply rooted habits of mind, body and spirit. Ultimately, the class can provide a space for you to explore your relationship to every moment.
